RPNB is 100% committed to serving our customers with the best product quality and customer service. We offer a 30-day return policy and guarantee a 1-year limited warranty for select safes with product registration.

When processing your return, you will be charged shipping back to RPNB (same as the original shipping charge).
This warranty is not an insurance policy. The company is not responsible for any manner of damage to or theft of the Purchaser’s RPNB safe or its contents.
